Food halls in Warsaw
Are you going out for lunch with a group of friends or family, but everyone wants something different? Sounds familiar? Food halls will settle restaurant selection fights. They offer a wide variety of ethnic cuisines and local restaurant concepts. A great solution for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a group – everyone orders from a different restaurant and eats at a common table.
Elektrownia Powiśle
Location: Elektrownia Powiśle shopping mall, Dobra 42 Street (Powiśle). Open every day. An underground parking lot available. A historic power plant turned into a modern shopping center, located next to the Copernicus Science Center, opened in May 2020. 17 culinary concepts serving cuisines from all over the world. Hala Gwardii
Location: Hala Gwardii, Plac Żelaznej Bramy 1 (city center). Open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. A combination of food hall and food/shopping market. Located in a historic building that was developed in 1899-1902. Website in Polish.

Hala Koszyki
Location: Hala Koszyki, Koszykowa 63 Street (city center). Open every day. An underground parking lot available. Besides the food hall (15 restaurants), there are also some shops. In selected restaurants, you can eat outside. Located in a historic market hall built in 1906-1908, renovated and reopened in 2016. Website in English.

Browary Warszawskie – Food Hall Browary (Warsaw Breweries)
Location: Browary Warszawskie, Grzybowska 58 Street (Wola/city center). Open every day. An underground parking lot available. Several restaurants are already operating, ultimately there will be more, including a food hall (opened in September 2021). A new (opened in 2021) urban space in the Wola district, very close to the city center – apartments, office space, restaurants, stores. Website in English. Food Hall’s Facebook.

Food markets & farmers’ markets in Warsaw
Shopping for your weekly groceries doesn’t have to be a boring task. Farmers markets feature what’s at the peak of season in Poland – you can find your favorites as well as new products that will stretch your culinary imagination. At farmers’ markets you’ll find the freshest food around. The food is typically grown in the Warsaw region. It’s also a great learning experience for kids – at farmers markets they can usually taste samples of new foods which can encourage them to try new ones.
“Plonoteka” – indoor farmers’ market of organic food
Location: Elektrownia Powiśle shopping mall, Dobra 42 Street (Powiśle). Open on Friday and Saturday. Organic food sold directly from farmers and producers. An underground parking lot available. Facebook Page.
“BioBazar” – indoor farmers market of organic food
Location: Fabryka Norblina, Żelazna 51/53 Street (Wola) – a new location and opening hours, starting from September 18, 2021. Open on Tuesday-Friday 10 am – 6 pm, Saturday 7.30 am – 4 pm. JAVA Coffee Roasters and EkoPiekarnia Kiełtyka open Monday-Friday 8 am – 6 pm, Saturday 7.30 am – 4 pm. Organic food sold directly from farmers and producers. “Forteca Kręgliccy” – outdoor farmers market
Location: Forteca Kręgliccy, Zakroczymska 12 (city center). Open on Wednesday. Fresh fish, dairy products, meat, bread, vegetables, fruits, ready meals. Website in Polish. Facebook page.
“Bazar Olkuska” – indoor food market
Location: Bazar Olkuska, Olkuska 12 Street (Mokotów). Open Monday-Saturday. Meat, fish, seafood, bread, vegetables, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, honey, preserves, lunch dishes, organic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free products. Regional products from various countries. “Rysiny” – family farm in Białołęka
Location: Gospodarstwo Rysiny, Smugowa 30 B Street (Białołęka). Open Monday-Saturday. Family farm on the outskirts of Warsaw, where you can buy seasonal fruits, vegetables, flowers. Website in Polish. Facebook page.
Street food markets in Warsaw
Outdoor street food markets are typically open from spring/summer until the end of September.
“Slow Market” on the Vistula boulevards
Location: Płyta Desantu 3, location on Google map, a new location in the 2021 season. Open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. In the 2021 season, open from May 28. World cuisines, vegetarian and meat dishes, sweets. Website in Polish.
“OFF Brzeska” in Praga
Location: OFF Brzeska, Bazar Różyckiego, Brzeska 25 Street (Praga). Open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. During the week it is a bazaar where you can buy vegetables, fruit, etc., and from Friday to Sunday – food trucks, music, events. “OFF Brzeska” operates in the Bazar Różyckiego – the iconic marketplace of Warsaw’s Praga, opened in 1874. “Nocny Market” in Wola
Location: Nocny Market, Towarowa 3 Street (Wola). Open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. “The Night Market” is located on the platforms of the closed railway station. Re-opened in May 2021. Facebook page.
“Targ Śniadaniowy” – The “Breakfast Market” in Żoliborz and Mokotów
Żoliborz location, Saturdays: al. Wojska Polskiego 1 Street. Mokotów location, Sundays: Skwer Grupy AK “Granat”, corner of Puławska and Woronicza Street. Open on Saturday (in Żoliborz) and Sunday (in Mokotów). Street food, bread, pastries, cheese, sausages, vegan delicatessen, vegetables, fruits, flowers, fish. Facebook page.
